QQ Catalyst

What is included in the conversion from QQ Catalyst to Newton by Agency Systems?  If it is not listed it is not converted!

• Clients
  • Name, DBA, Address, City State Zip, Phone Numbers, CSR
• Client Contacts
  • Contact Name, Email, Phone (Office, Home, Cell as available)
• Polices
  • Basic policy information is common to all policies including effective/expiration dates, policy number, class, transaction
    • NOTE: Duplicate policy numbers are not allowed in Newton.  Common quote numbers like TBA, Pending, TBD, etc. are changed to add a unique number to the existing number.
    • Policy numbers shared among more than 1 client must be changed prior to conversion.  Recommend adding the client number to the end of the policy number.
  • Premium is populated from the Issued Premium to the Estimated Annualized Premium field in Newton.
    • NOTE: This premium does not hit the general ledger
  • Data will be converted going back 5 years unless other arrangements are made
• Memo Notes
  • Reminders may be possible but we must review on the next conversion before we can say for certain we can convert reminders
  • Connections to a policy number are maintained if available.

• Additional Interests
  • Cert Holders from view, Auto Additional Interest, General Additional Interest, Home Additional Interest are converted to the master list in Newton.
• Images/Attachments
  • Documents attached to clients and policies, are converted to the Newton Attachments from the BlobInfo table.
  • IF attachment files or blobs are encrypted they must be decrypted by the vendor or cannot be converted.
• Letters
  • Only converted if they are part of the BlobInfo attachments and only those items attached to clients and policies.
• Claims
  • Claim Entries and Claim Parties are converted to the appropriate locations in Newton.
• Drivers
  • Converted from Auto Drivers and CA Auto Drivers tables
• Vehicles
  • Converted from Auto Drivers and CA Auto Drivers tables
• Inland Marine Scheduled and Unscheduled Equip
  • Converted to Newton with basic schedule information
• Commercial Property
  • Information limited to location addresses

  • Options
    • Missing producers/users are defaulted to code “HOU” (House)  You may specify a different default code.
• Class Codes/Line of Business
